The holidays are a busy time of year at Avon Fitness as students return home from school and others travel to visit family. In an effort to reduce the number of new faces entering the facility, we are not offering day or week passes 11/23-11/29, and limiting our hours. We value your patronage but keeping our members safe and healthy is of utmost importance. Thank you for your understanding.

We are taking extra steps to make our facility as safe as possible.
All gym memberships and tanning packages will resume on September 1st.
If your membership or tanning package has an expiration date, it will be extended to reflect the number of days closed.
If your membership is automatically withdrawn on the 30th:
On March 1st, Avon Fitness & Tanning processed membership dues. On March 16th, we closed due to COVID-19. Therefore, you have already paid for 15 days. Your next scheduled withdrawal date is September 30th and you will be charged for 1.5 months (September 15-October 29). Normal billing will resume on October 30th.
If your membership is automatically withdrawn on the 15th:
On March 15th, Avon Fitness & Tanning processed membership dues. On March 16th, we closed due to COVID-19. Therefore, you have already paid for 30 days. Your next scheduled withdrawal date is September 15th and you will be charged for .5 months (October 1-October 14). Normal billing will resume on October 15th.
- An employee will greet you at the front to update contact information and complete a simple health screening.
- Members with key fobs will sign in at the reader, as usual.
- Senior fitness members & Tanning will check in at the front and an employee will sign you in, no clipboard sign ins.
- Signing out is not necessary.
- Replacing disinfectant spray bottles with disinfecting wipes for member use.
- Increasing hand sanitizer stations.
- Installing automatic faucet, soap, and towel dispensers.

An update about our facility:
We remain closed until further notice.
Some of our members have expressed concerns about EFT membership cancellations. Because we are closed, we are unable to process cancellations at this time. Rest assured, your accounts will not be charged until operations are resumed. When our facility is allowed to reopen, we will deduct a prorated amount from your account for the number of days closed. Therefore, the amount you are charged will be lower than usual to reflect lost days. If you are financially able, we hope you’ll continue supporting our small business.
If your membership has an expiration date, it will be extended to account for the number of days closed.
