Maintaining weight during the holidays can be difficult, so many temptations! By joining the challenge you are part of a group of like minded people looking to stay healthy through the holidays. Be sure to join the group ‘Avon Fitness’ on myfitnesspal.com and motivate each other on our social channels by sharing pictures, tips, and encouragement during this crazy time of year.

If you’re not logging using myfitnesspal.com, please submit all log forms to the front desk so you can get the most points possible. (Hint: Even if you only log your workouts, you’re still getting points).

WHAT TO DO
- Register with and log food and exercise using myfitnesspal.com
- Use log sheets provided from the front desk as an alternative to using myfitnesspal.com
- On myfitnesspal.com, under the ‘Community’ tab;
- Search and join our group: Avon Fitness
- The Group provides health and fitness tips and motivation with support from other members.
- Be present for weigh ins and body fat percentage measurements:
- Monday 12/5/16
- Friday 12/30/16
HOW IT WORKS: The Point System
- One pound lost = 1 point
- One percentage of body fat lost = 2 points
- One day of logged meals = 2 points
- Sixty minutes of physical activity logged = 1 point
- Every day consecutively logged = 3 points
- Post Workout Sweaty Selfie = 5 points
Avon Fitness will keep track of all points.
The member with the highest points wins!
