Can I try the club before I become a member?
Yes. Our 7-day try-before-you-buy- trial membership lets you try the club absolutely free, with no risk or obligation, before you decide to become a member. We want you to meet our staff, meet the other members, and give us a chance to earn your business. At the end of 7 days, if we haven't earned your business then we don't deserve to have you as a member.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we offer daily, weekly, monthly memberships along with our longer-term agreements. If you anticipate traveling or just don't feel that you are ready to get involved in a committed program we tailor a membership that works for you. If you are committed to fitness and want to save money too, then our longer-term memberships are the way to go.

Is tanning included in membership?
Tanning is not included in fitness membership but may be added on at any time for as little as $25 per month. For more information, Click Here
How do I get started?
It's simple. Call the club of stop by and any of our membership staff can help you choose the right membership for you and the paperwork only takes about 5 minutes.

24 hour access available at several membership levels

Where are you located?
We are conveniently located in downtown Avon at 118 Genesee Street in the former Milex Plaza, right beside the Avon village offices/police department and off the traffic circle behind the fire hall

How's the parking?
Parking is easy at the club. We have plenty of spaces directly in front of the club.

Do you have lockers and towel service?
We have a large number of free day use lockers, a limited amount of rental lockers for those that like to keep their workout stuff at the gym and we offer a free towel service.

How do I bring a guest?
Guests are always welcome at the club. If your guest lives in the club's marketing area and qualifies for our trial membership we will be happy to extend a 7-day trial pass to them.

I am going away, can I put a hold on my membership?
Yes. This is called a membership freeze. Just come in and fill out the required paperwork.

Will my health insurance provider reimburse for gym memberships?Many insurance providers will pay for all or part of a wellness program. Contact the customer service number on your insurance card for specific answers regarding your coverage.
